This site produces around 350,000 ounces of gold each year. Its operation has become a key contributor to the country\u2019s gold output, playing a strategic role in Indonesia\u2019s mineral industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Coal Mining in East Kalimantan<br>East Kalimantan is known as one of Indonesia\u2019s largest coal-producing regions.
